ADMINS

Admins do what they wish with no question. They give the orders to everyone else and normally do most of the work [oh yeah] the only people they listen to is the MAIN admin [me - Gray] If there is an open spot the next admin will be picked by the main admin, no one else. You may not request or apply for this position.

GLOBAL MODERATORS

They are a step below the admins. Although they are able to delete posts and command staff and other members their word is not as strong as a full admin. They may not delete members or anything of that much power. They are more like a much more powerful moderator with control over the headers/footers and a few more things on the admin board. You may not request or apply for this position. The main admin picks who gets these spots.

GRAPHICS MODERATORS

Able to make skins and graphics for the site. They are trusted with the skins section and headers and footers of the site. They are also allowed to delete, move, and edit threads like a moderator. They have no rule over staff and are supposed to watch over and keep track of the members. They are overall just moderators with permission to make the site pretty.

MODERATORS

Moderators are allowed to move, delete, and edit posts and topics. They may monitor and report members. They must be able to handle situations and be willing to help newer members out. They are the eyes and ears of The Island. The admins and global moderators mainly rely on them to alert them of anything that goes against the rules here.
